CAPREIT acquires three new properties
CAPREIT recently added three new properties to the company portfolio. The properties, located in Quebec and Toronto, respectively are worth a collective $117.1 million. The acquisition of these multi-residential properties will add roughly 2,467 suites to the CAPREIT’s portfolio. To find out more, click here.
Primecorp Commercial Realty’s $100 million transactions
Three transactions worth an estimated $100 million, were recently completed by Primecorp Commercial Realty’s National Investment Team. The properties acquired are all located in Ontario, Ottawa, Kitchener and Mississauga, respectively. Click here to learn more about Primecorp's transactions.
Ivanhoe Cambridge Residential makes its first acquisition
Ivanhoe Cambridge Residential, a recent creation and addition to the Ivanhoe Cambridge Group, made its first transaction and acquisition in Quebec last month. The Rockhill complex in Montreal consists of six rental buildings near Mount Royal. To read more about the latest acquisitions, click here.
Affordable housing units begin construction phase
The latest in affordable housing units in Toronto has just started construction. The 237 suites are being marketed towards low-income seniors as well as persons with disabilities in the Toronto area.
