Ontario landlords aim to modernize rent dispute process
Ontario rental property owners are aiming to modernize the rent dispute process, arguing the one in place is outdated and broken. The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) have released a report outlining the challenges of the rental property owners in Ontario. New affordable housing units for seniors in Steinbach area
Steinbach, Manitoba is set to receive 52 new affordable housing units for seniors in a joint effort by the provincial and Canadian federal governments. The project is part of Canada’s Economic Action Plan, the federal government’s initiative to stimulate the economy and create jobs.
